Alcohol ID

Alcohol permits are issued on Mondays from 9 to 11:30 am and 12:30 to 3:30pm except for holidays.

You may not be issued an Alcohol permit if any of the following ordinances apply to you:

  • You have been found guilty or pled guilty to any state or federal charge involving violence or weapons within the previous ten years before the application date
  • You have been found guilty or pled guilty to any state or federal charge within the previous three years before the application date
  • You have been found guilty or pled guilty to any state or federal misdemeanor charge involving Forgery, Identity Theft or Credit Card Fraud within the previous three years before the application date
  • You have been found guilty or pled guilty to two or more offenses of selling or providing alcohol to a minor within a 12 month period, provided that the most recent conviction or guilty plea occurred within the previous 12 months

Appeals
